Will we have to replace the systems we already use?

Not necessarily. We first check what can work with your existing software and spreadsheets. If something cannot be connected, we explain why and discuss another way with you.

Can we try something small first?

Yes. We can choose one task that takes up too much of your team’s time and build a first version for them to try. Their feedback helps us decide what to improve or add next.

Who will be able to see our company data?

Before connecting anything, we agree which data is needed, who can see it and whether an outside service will process it. We also discuss where it is kept and when it is deleted. If certain data must stay inside your company, tell us at the start.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

We plan for mistakes. For tasks such as sending a customer message or changing a record, we can have AI prepare a draft for a colleague to check. We also test unclear requests and missing information, so the system can ask for help instead of guessing.

Once it is ready, will our team know how to use it?

We walk your team through the everyday tasks and provide the instructions we agree you need. Before work begins, we also agree what code and accounts you receive, who handles problems after launch and how future changes are arranged.
